QIDI TECH PET-CF has been specially designed for the FDM 3D printing process, and its substrate material is technical PET plastic with low moisture absorption, high strength, creep resistance, excellent chemical resistance and high heat resistance. With good dimensional stability, no warping and no shrinkage and no smell, no heating chambers are required during the printing process.

Intelligent fibre reinforced technology

The intelligent fiber reinforced technology significantly improves the mechanical properties and heat resistance of the material and releases the internal tensions during the printing process through the fiber mesh structure, resulting in good dimensional stability of the printed part and no distortion.

Low creep

The molecular chain structure of PET is very regular and has a rigid benzene ring structure, so PET has better mechanical properties and lower deformation under long-term loads. Compared to PA and PC materials, PET has better creep resistance.

High mechanical strength

1. Note that the first layer speed setting is consistent with the actual printing speed, set to 100% of the actual printing speed, turn off the first layer and small area printing speed reduction function, the first layer extrusion rate is consistent with the actual foaming extrusion rate, such as 270 degrees set to 45% of the first layer extrusion rate; if the bed adhesion is too strong, you can set the bottom valve when printing. 2. Pay attention to the maximum operating temperature of the printer. Most Teflon tube printers cannot be operated for a long time above 250℃. Long-term printing above this temperature may cause blocking. If the temperature exceeds 250℃, high temperature printers such as metal hoses are required for printing. 3. Yellowing of printed parts after high temperature foaming is a normal phenomenon. Lowering the printing temperature can relieve it. 4. Since the ePLA-LW foams continuously in the melting cavity of the high-temperature nozzle, the retraction basically does not work. Stringing is normal during printing. It is recommended to print the rc plane in vase mode to reduce the effect of stringing. 5. Foaming ratio is related to temperature, printing speed, nozzle melting cavity size, pay attention to compare model design wall thickness according to your own printing situation, adjust extrusion rate, temperature, speed and other parameters.

Notes

1. ePAHT-CF needs to be dried (70℃/>12H) before printing to achieve the best printing effect. It is recommended to use it with the eBOX cartridge when printing. 2. The ePAHT-CF line has strong rigidity and is not easy to bend. In the feeding pipe, excessive bending of the wire should be avoided as much as possible. 3. ePAHT-CF is very easy to grind nozzles and extruder gears. It is recommended to use hardened steel nozzles or ruby nozzles. If conditions permit, you can choose hardened steel extruder gears. If the printing time is long, you need to replace the throat and nozzles. 4. It is recommended to set the skirt to make it better for taking the model from the forming plate.
